Oh Apple...

You are such a tease! Dropped my computer off during lunch, expecting to get it back late next week and I get a call around 4pm saying its ready. 6 days to 4 hours.

    So much for customer service ... if the customer expects one week is it fair to give it the same day? .. Sheesh

    i tried to put that spin on it too... but heres the great thing: the customer can STILL wait for one week before picking it up. its a win win win win.
